PRODUCT LINE MANAGER – Commercial Networking (m/f)         

  Key Responsibilities

·         Manage current network product lines - supply, inventory, pricing, margin control,  vendor relations, building sales strategies

·         Strong support to sales department in presale activities

·         Assistance and consultation with partners on technical aspects of decisions and presentation of technical solutions

·         Analysis of partner needs and building long-term relationships with partners (identification and resolution requirements according to the needs of partners)

·         Development of the technical aspects of sales materials for distribution

·         Participation and support in the pre-sales activities

·         Organizing technical & sales training

·         Development of marketing campaigns, planning and involvement in execution

·         Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors

·         Regular communication with current clients and support on current and potential projects

·         Cooperate with management department in order to develop long term product growth of networking brands (existing and new brands) and sales strategies for the company.

·         Pass the technical & sales certification for the distribution range

 

An ideal candidate should meet the following requirements

·         5+ years working experience in distribution business as a product/sales/presales manager of networking equipment

·         VŠS / VSS education in Computer or related science (Bachelor’s degree)

·         CISCO certificates (CCNA,CCNP,..) are an advantage

·         high level of understanding of networking technologies (wired and wireless) and current industry trends

·         Proficient user of English language (spoken and written)

·         Understanding & good experience:

-      in enterprise network solutions,

-      knowledge of network and system management will be considered as an advantage

·         Knowledge of networking market; key vendors – strengths and weaknesses

·         Experience in working in an international environment will be considered as an advantage

·         Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines

·         Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills

·         Consistency, perseverance, initiative, enthusiasm for IT technology

·         Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills

·         Willingness to learn about new technologies

·         Passion for business success

  • Driving license B category

PRODUCT LINE MANAGER PC Peripherals & Accessories (m/f)

  Key Responsibilities

·         Taking the responsibility for sales and supply of IT products;

·         Creating and maintaining good relations with partners and vendors

·         Responsibility for volume and sales increase, market share, customer base and other sales performance indicators;

·         Manages the entire product line lifecycle, from strategic planning, pricing strategy, sales and post sales processes, including activities to customers' satisfaction

·         Identifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and potential customers;

·         Analyzing and forecasting market development and customers’ habits; monitoring competition;

·         Stock management of own product lines, reporting to Sales Director

·         Responsibility for the internal and external product information sharing, accurate and in timely manner;    

 

An ideal candidate should meet the following requirements

·         5+ years of experience in distribution bussines in IT industry

·         Ability to effectively build and maintain lasting business relationships;

·         Affection for new technologies

·         Goal-driven, team player, assertive, able to learn and adapt quickly in an ever changing IT environment, meet perpetual deadlines;

·         Advanced computer skills with technical knowledge

·         Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills

·         Knowledge of PC peripherals and experience working with Retail, SMB and Large Enterprises

·         Proficient user of English language (spoken and written)

·         Excellent with MS Office, especially Excel

·         Driving license B category
