 For our office in Zagreb, we are hiring one:

 VAD Sales Manager – Channel & Projects (m/f)

Your role:

As a VAD (Value Added Distribution) Sales Manager, your core responsibility will be management of the whole project sales cycle, incl. opportunity detection and creation, recognizing the needs of different vertical markets, and using all necessary resources to successfully close the project. Next to that, you will be responsible for development of SMB channel and acquisition of the new clients/partners within.  

In addition, some of your specific responsibilities will include:

Ø Nurturing your key accounts and developing long-term relationships with partners, clients and vendors

Ø Cooperation with Presales and Product Managers to ensure projects are successfully delivered

Ø Planning, reviewing, and reporting on your activities (e.g. keeping track of your KPIs)

In this role you’ll report directly to the Head of Sales. You'll be working with the leading brands (e.g. DELL EMC, Intel, Infinidat, Supermicro, Microsoft), alongside other team members in Sales, Product, Marketing, Logistics and Finance departments, in a lively and supportive work environment where you’ll have an opportunity to learn, grow and have fun along the way.


About you:

A desire and ability to sell, confident approach in communication, persuasiveness, planning and execution skills are generally more important than academic qualifications. If you can bring to the table a strong field knowledge and several years of experience in selling complex IT solutions (e.g. server, storage, software, networking, UPS) and a network of the key market players – we know you’ll be off to a great start in the VAD Sales Manager role.
